Ready to consign with us?

Please call 703-519-3555 to schedule an appointment. We longer accept walk-ins due to the volume of our business.

All consignment items must be clean and free of dust or stains and in desirable condition and quality for resale.  Potomac West Interiors & Antique Gallery (PW) and Not Too Shabby Consignments (NTS) reserve the right to accept or decline any consignment item.

Send or bring photographs...

Consignors must show photographs of furniture to be approved for consignment (click here to contact us).  Once we have agreed to accept items, you will deliver the consigned items at a date and time mutually agreed upon.

Once approved, please click here to download the consignment agreement and bring it to the store with your items.

A maximum of 15 small items may be brought in at one time. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of any consigned item.

Items Not Accepted for Consignment

• electronics
• appliances
• clothing (unless vintage or antique)
• florist vases
• dried or plastic flowers
• promotional items with logos
• furniture made out of particle board
• stuffed animals
• cassettes and VHS tapes
